Our Returns/ Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Can I return anything and get a refund or exchange?

Yes – If you didn’t receive what you ordered

Yes – If the order was damaged during the shipping process

Yes – If you ordered the wrong thing and the tamper seal is still intact

Yes – If the order failed to be delivered to you within 28 days of purchase with no reason

In all of these cases, you must contact us less than 28 days after purchase, provide photographic evidence, and the product should not be used or opened and the tamper seal should still be intact!

No – If you changed your mind on what product you wanted to buy

No – If you opened and used the products

No – If the damage occurred after it was safely delivered to you

Please note:

*We are not responsible for returned items that go missing before they reach us. Use tracking when sending back.

*We do not refund shipping costs, only cost of product.
