1.NATURE CONNECTION, REWILDING & ECOLOGY BASICS Binna Burra QLD
This 1 day workshop is being run on Saturday 14th September (next weekend!) from 10am – 4pm. Let’s delve into the gorgeous Gondwanan Rainforest of Lamington National Park and learn all things nature connection! Enjoy a native-inspired lunch with the birds and meet like-minded nature frothers! Journey with Wildlife Ecologist and Environmental Educator, Caitlin Weatherstone, and experience the magic of this special place and learn some simple techniques to find your wild again.

2. NATURE CONNECTION MINI WORKSHOPS Byron Bay NSW
We’ve teamed up with Big Scrub Rainforest Day and created some mini Nature Connection Workshops for adults and teens as part of the weekend-long festival. These 2-3 hour workshops are being held at the YAC (Youth Activities Centre) in Byron Bay on Saturday 21st September. The teens workshops (12-16yrs) runs from 10am – 12pm and costs $10. The adults workshop (over 16yrs) runs from 1-4pm and costs $35.
In both workshops, participants will learn some simple nature connection techniques, practice a sit spot, experience what it’s like to be nature-connected and learn how they can practice this in their daily lives for health and well being of themselves and the planet.
3. BASKET WEAVING WORKSHOP Byron Bay NSW
Learn the art of basket weaving from local fibres with artist Zimmi Forest from Weaving Nature.
Join us on Saturday 28th September 10am – 3pm at the Corner Palm, Byron Bay for a lush day of weaving, creating, reconnecting and learning. Be guided by facilitator Zimmi and create your own basket out of bangalow palm inflorenscences.
